
Minimum Requirements

Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems and common software applications.

Helpdesk experience ranging from Microsoft Infrastructure including Office 365, software, hardware, including Servers.

Microsoft office / Office 365

Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).

Experience with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.).

Familiarity with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and basic server support.

Maintaining & troubleshooting network devices, including switches, routers, & wireless access points.

Ability to set up and configure routers, switches, and wireless networks.
-
Support and maintenance of 3CX / VoIP systems, ensuring smooth communication across the organization.
Qualification

Relevant IT Degree or Diploma

A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience - highly advantageous.

Any network qualification (i.e. CCNA, CCNP, Arista ACE, Fortinet) would be an advantage

Matric/Grade 12
