• Seeking a multiskilled Accountant with Payroll Processing experience.

• The accountant will ensure the provision of a high-quality financial accounting service that supports the effective management of the Company’s financial resources, within the statutory and regulatory guidelines.

• Knowledge of Stock Control and Supply Chain environment.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary Qualification in Accounting (Must Have)

•  Matric/Grade 12 with accounting

Must have:

• Valid Driver’s license and own vehicle

• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)

Key Experience & Skills:

• At least 3 years’ experience in an Accountant role within the

         ​E-commerce, Supply Chain, Warehousing Industry.

• Stock control knowledge and experience is a must (preferrable).

• Payroll Processing & Administration: Full Payroll Processing experience

• Computer Literate – proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel Skills.

• Previous Financial software package experience essential – SAP, PaySpace, Sage etc. (SAP advantageous)

• Reporting: Month end and yearend financial and payroll reporting

• Debtors & Creditors.

• Banking and Card Reconciliations.

• Statutory and Monthly reporting.

• Banking.

• Expenses.

• Fixed Asset Register.
