Minimum Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems and common software applications.

  • Helpdesk experience ranging from Microsoft Infrastructure including Office 365, software, hardware, including Servers.

  • Microsoft office / Office 365

  • Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).

  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and basic server support.

  • Maintaining & troubleshooting network devices, including switches, routers, & wireless access points.

  • Ability to set up and configure routers, switches, and wireless networks.

  • Support and maintenance of 3CX / VoIP systems, ensuring smooth communication across the organization.

Qualification

  • Relevant IT Degree or Diploma

  • A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience -  highly advantageous.

  • Any network qualification (i.e. CCNA, CCNP, Arista ACE, Fortinet) would be an advantage

  • Matric/Grade 12
